Refund policy

We accept returns under our 30 Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund by following the steps outlined below, including returning the product to us.

30 Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 Day Happiness Guarantee subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a refund under our 30 Day Happiness Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Timeframe

    • You must notify us of your intent to return the product within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • The return shipment must be initiated and postmarked within 60 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Authorization Required

Before sending your product back, you must email support@sifts.co stating that you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exercise your 30 Day Happiness Guarantee.

Returns sent without prior email notification may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return of Product Required

To receive a refund, you must return the product to us.

Returned products must include the original glass jar. Empty or partially used jars are acceptable.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refund Amounts

  • Refunds are limited to one order per customer.
  • Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item minus a $5 restocking fee.
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after processing.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Orders submitted outside the return timeframes listed above
  • Products not returned to us
  • Multiple orders beyond the first refunded order per customer

Subscription Orders

If you have an active subscription, requesting a refund does not automatically cancel future shipments. You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your account dashboard.
