Sifts On-Site Feedback Sweepstakes: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

IMPORTANT: A PRIZE DRAWING WILL BE HELD FOR EACH ENTRY PERIOD ONLY IF AT LEAST TWENTY (20) ELIGIBLE ENTRIES ARE RECEIVED DURING THAT ENTRY PERIOD. IF FEWER THAN TWENTY (20) ELIGIBLE ENTRIES ARE RECEIVED IN AN ENTRY PERIOD, NO DRAWING WILL BE HELD FOR THAT ENTRY PERIOD AND NO PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED FOR THAT ENTRY PERIOD.

1. Sponsor

The Sifts On-Site Feedback Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Gevy Labs, LLC d/b/a Sifts, 401 Hicks St, Brooklyn, NY 11201 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

  • Are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
  • Are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry; and
  • Submit an eligible entry in accordance with Section 4 during an active Entry Period.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) and members of their households, are not eligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify each entrant's identity and eligibility, including by requesting supporting information described in Section 8.

3. Sweepstakes Period and Entry Periods

The Sweepstakes runs on a recurring, ongoing basis in successive twelve (12)-month periods (each, an "Entry Period"). The first Entry Period begins on August 16, 2026 (the "Effective Date") and ends on August 15, 2027. Each subsequent Entry Period begins immediately after the prior one ends and runs for twelve (12) months, unless Sponsor discontinues the Sweepstakes as described in Section 13.

Sponsor's records and systems are the official timekeeping mechanism for the Sweepstakes. Entries received outside an active Entry Period will not be eligible for that period but may be treated as an entry for the next active Entry Period, at Sponsor's discretion.

4. How to Enter

There are two free methods of entry. No purchase, payment, or use of a discount code is required for either method.

On-Site Survey Entry

During an active Entry Period, respond to the on-site feedback survey presented on sifts.co (currently served through the site's on-site survey/feedback tool) by answering the survey question and providing a valid email address when prompted.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

During an active Entry Period, send an email to support@sifts.co with the subject line "Sweepstakes Entry" that includes:

  • The entrant's full name;
  • The entrant's state of residence; and
  • The entrant's email address.

An alternate-method entry must be received during the Entry Period it is intended to count toward.

Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person, per Entry Period, regardless of entry method, determined by the email address submitted. If Sponsor receives more than one entry from the same person (or the same email address) within a single Entry Period, only the first eligible entry received will be counted; all subsequent entries from that person during that Entry Period will be disregarded.

Survey entries and alternate-method entries are treated equally for purposes of determining whether the Minimum Entry Threshold has been met and for selecting the potential winner.

Automated, incomplete, fraudulent, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void.

5. Minimum Entry Threshold

Sponsor must receive at least twenty (20) eligible entries during a given Entry Period for a prize drawing to occur for that period (the "Minimum Entry Threshold").

After each Entry Period closes, Sponsor will review entries for eligibility, remove duplicate or invalid entries, and determine whether the Minimum Entry Threshold has been met for that period.

  • If at least 20 eligible entries are received: the drawing will proceed for that Entry Period, and one (1) potential winner will be selected at random in accordance with Section 6.
  • If fewer than 20 eligible entries are received: no drawing will be conducted for that Entry Period, no winner will be selected for that Entry Period, and no Prize will be awarded for that Entry Period. Entries do not carry over to a subsequent Entry Period.

Sponsor will not reduce the Minimum Entry Threshold, or otherwise manipulate the threshold, after an Entry Period has begun.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

If the Minimum Entry Threshold is met for an Entry Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within thirty (30) days after the close of the applicable Entry Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. If exactly twenty (20) eligible entries are received, the odds of winning are 1 in 20. If more than twenty eligible entries are received, the odds of winning are 1 divided by the total number of eligible entries received for that period.

If the Minimum Entry Threshold is not met for a given Entry Period, there will be no drawing and no entrant will have an opportunity to win a Prize for that period.

7. Prize

For each Entry Period in which the Minimum Entry Threshold is met, one (1) verified winner will receive their choice of:

  • One $25 Visa eGift Card; or
  • One $25 Amazon.com eGift Card.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is $25 USD per Entry Period. Only one (1) Prize is available per Entry Period, and a Prize is available for a given Entry Period only if the Minimum Entry Threshold is met for that period.

Visa and Amazon are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes. The Prize is subject to the applicable issuer's terms, conditions, restrictions, and expiration policies.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

If the Minimum Entry Threshold is met for an Entry Period, the potential winner will be notified by email using the email address associated with the selected entry, within ten (10) business days after the drawing for that period.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days after Sponsor's notification attempt and must provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to:

  • Confirm the potential winner's identity;
  • Verify eligibility;
  • Confirm compliance with these Official Rules; and
  • Facilitate electronic delivery of the Prize.

The potential winner is not the winner unless and until Sponsor verifies the potential winner's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, cannot be reached, is determined to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the Prize, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period. Sponsor will continue this process until the Prize for that period is awarded or no eligible entries remain for that period.

The winner does not need to be present for the drawing. The Prize will be delivered electronically within ten (10) business days after the winner has been verified.

9. Taxes, Transferability, and Substitution

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or require tax-related documentation if required by applicable law.

The Prize is not transferable. No cash equivalent will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

10. Privacy

Information collected through survey responses and alternate-method entries will be used by Sponsor to:

  • Administer the Sweepstakes;
  • Determine whether the Minimum Entry Threshold has been met;
  • Verify entrant eligibility;
  • Conduct the drawing;
  • Contact and verify the potential winner;
  • Deliver the Prize; and
  • Understand customer feedback.

Survey responses will not be published, quoted publicly, or used in advertising, marketing, endorsements, or testimonials without the entrant's separate, explicit permission. Entering the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive additional promotional emails from Sponsor. Use of personal information is otherwise governed by the Sifts Privacy Policy.

11. Disqualification and Prohibited Conduct

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who:

  • Tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process;
  • Uses false or misleading identifying information;
  • Submits or attempts to submit fraudulent entries;
  • Attempts to obtain more than one entry per Entry Period;
  • Interferes with the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes; or
  • Otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily remove, reject, or disqualify an otherwise eligible entry.

12. Technical Problems, Suspension, or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes (in whole or as to a given Entry Period) if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, legal restriction, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impairs the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

This provision does not permit Sponsor to cancel a drawing merely because participation is lower than expected; participation below twenty (20) eligible entries in a given Entry Period is governed exclusively by the Minimum Entry Threshold in Section 5.

Sponsor may discontinue the Sweepstakes at the end of any Entry Period, or decline to open a further Entry Period, at its discretion, by posting notice on this page or on sifts.co. Discontinuation will not affect the obligation to complete a drawing for any Entry Period that was already active and met the Minimum Entry Threshold.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or injuries arising out of or relating to:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes;
  • Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize;
  • Technical or transmission failures;
  • Unauthorized intervention in the Sweepstakes;
  • Lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries or communications; or
  • Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Publicity

Sponsor will not use a winner's name, likeness, statements, or other identifying information for advertising or promotional purposes without the winner's separate permission, except as required by law or as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

15. Winner and Threshold Information

To request confirmation of whether the Minimum Entry Threshold was met for a specific Entry Period and, if applicable, the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for that period, send a written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the applicable Entry Period.

16. General Terms

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in an entrant's state of residence.

Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes are final and binding, subject to applicable law. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Void where prohibited by law.
