Sifts Feedback Sweepstakes: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

IMPORTANT: THE PRIZE DRAWING WILL BE HELD ONLY IF AT LEAST TWENTY (20) ELIGIBLE ENTRIES ARE RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD. IF FEWER THAN TWENTY (20) ELIGIBLE ENTRIES ARE RECEIVED, NO DRAWING WILL BE HELD AND NO PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.

1. Sponsor

The Sifts Feedback Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Gevy Labs, LLC d/b/a Sifts, 401 Hicks St, Brooklyn, NY 11201 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to the eighty (80) individuals who directly received the email titled "[Sifts] 60 Seconds for a chance to win $100 – Complete the survey and share you Sifts feedback" sent by Sponsor on July 12, 2026 ("Qualifying Email").

Entrants must:

• Be legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
• Be at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry; and
• Have directly received the Qualifying Email from Sponsor.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members, including spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and members of their households, are not eligible.

Eligibility is limited to direct recipients of the Qualifying Email. Forwarding the Qualifying Email does not make the recipient of the forwarded email eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify each entrant's identity and eligibility.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins when Sponsor sends the Qualifying Email on July 12, 2026 and ends on July 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Entry Period").

Sponsor's computer system will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two free methods of entry. No purchase, payment, or use of a discount code is required for either method.

Survey Entry

During the Entry Period, complete and submit the feedback survey linked in the Qualifying Email.

Alternate Method of Entry

During the Entry Period, send an email from the email address that received the Qualifying Email to support@sifts.co with the subject line "Sweepstakes Entry."

The email must include:

• The entrant's full name; and
• The entrant's state of residence.

An alternate-method entry must be received during the Entry Period.

Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

If Sponsor receives more than one entry from the same person, only the first eligible entry received will be counted. All subsequent entries from that person will be disregarded.

Survey entries and alternate-method entries will be treated equally for purposes of determining whether the Minimum Entry Threshold has been met and selecting the potential winner.

Automated, incomplete, fraudulent, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void.

5. Minimum Entry Threshold

Sponsor must receive at least twenty (20) eligible entries during the Entry Period for the prize drawing to occur ("Minimum Entry Threshold").

Both eligible survey entries and eligible alternate-method entries count toward the Minimum Entry Threshold.

After the Entry Period closes, Sponsor will review the entries for eligibility, remove duplicate or invalid entries, and determine whether the Minimum Entry Threshold has been met.

If at least 20 eligible entries are received

The drawing will proceed, and one (1) potential winner will be selected at random in accordance with Section 6.

If fewer than 20 eligible entries are received

The drawing will not be conducted, no winner will be selected, and no Prize will be awarded.

Sponsor will not reduce the Minimum Entry Threshold, extend the Entry Period solely to reach the Minimum Entry Threshold, or change the Minimum Entry Threshold after the Sweepstakes begins.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

If the Minimum Entry Threshold is met, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about July 22, 2026.

If exactly twenty (20) eligible entries are received, the odds of winning will be 1 in 20. If more than twenty eligible entries are received, the odds of winning will be 1 divided by the total number of eligible entries received.

Because no more than eighty (80) individuals are eligible to enter and each person may receive only one entry, the odds of winning, if the Minimum Entry Threshold is met, will range from 1 in 20 to 1 in 80.

If the Minimum Entry Threshold is not met, there will be no drawing and no entrant will have an opportunity to win the Prize.

7. Prize

If the Minimum Entry Threshold is met, one (1) verified winner will receive their choice of:

• One $100 Visa eGift Card; or
• One $100 Amazon.com eGift Card.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is $100 USD. The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $100 USD.

Only one (1) Prize is available, and the Prize is available only if the Minimum Entry Threshold is met.

Visa and Amazon are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes. The Prize is subject to the applicable issuer's terms, conditions, restrictions, and expiration policies.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

If the Minimum Entry Threshold is met, the potential winner will be notified by email on or about July 22, 2026 using the email address associated with the selected entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days after Sponsor's notification attempt and must provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to:

• Confirm the potential winner's identity;
• Verify eligibility;
• Confirm compliance with these Official Rules; and
• Facilitate electronic delivery of the Prize.

The potential winner is not the winner unless and until Sponsor verifies the potential winner's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

If the potential winner:

• Does not respond within five (5) business days;
• Cannot be reached;
• Is determined to be ineligible;
• Declines the Prize; or
• Fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner will forfeit the Prize, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor will continue this process until the Prize is awarded or no eligible entries remain.

The winner does not need to be present at the drawing.

The Prize will be delivered electronically within ten (10) business days after the winner has been verified.

9. Taxes, Transferability, and Substitution

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize.

Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or require tax-related documentation if required by applicable law.

The Prize is not transferable. No cash equivalent will be provided.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

10. Survey Discount

Sponsor may provide individuals who complete the feedback survey with a promotional discount for Sifts.

The discount is separate from the Sweepstakes and is not part of the Prize.

No purchase or use of the discount is required to enter or win. Using or declining to use the discount will not affect an entrant's eligibility, the determination of whether the Minimum Entry Threshold has been met, or the entrant's odds of winning.

Individuals who enter through the alternate method are not required to complete the survey or accept a discount.

11. Privacy

Information collected through survey responses and alternate-method entries will be used by Sponsor to:

• Administer the Sweepstakes;
• Determine whether the Minimum Entry Threshold has been met;
• Verify entrant eligibility;
• Conduct the drawing;
• Contact and verify the potential winner;
• Deliver the Prize; and
• Understand customer feedback.

Survey responses will not be published, quoted publicly, or used in advertising, marketing, endorsements, or testimonials without the entrant's separate, explicit permission.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive additional promotional emails from Sponsor.

Use of personal information is otherwise governed by the Sifts Privacy Policy.

12. Disqualification and Prohibited Conduct

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who:

• Tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process;
• Uses false or misleading identifying information;
• Submits or attempts to submit fraudulent entries;
• Attempts to obtain more than one entry;
• Interferes with the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes; or
• Otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily remove, reject, or disqualify an otherwise eligible entry.

13. Technical Problems, Suspension, or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, legal restriction, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impairs the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

This provision does not permit Sponsor to cancel the drawing merely because participation is lower than expected. Participation below twenty (20) eligible entries is governed exclusively by the Minimum Entry Threshold in Section 5.

If the Minimum Entry Threshold has been met and the Sweepstakes must be terminated before the drawing because of circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor will, where reasonably practicable and permitted by law, conduct the drawing from the eligible entries received before the event that caused the termination.

Sponsor will not modify the Minimum Entry Threshold after the Sweepstakes begins.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or injuries arising out of or relating to:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes;
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize;
• Technical or transmission failures;
• Unauthorized intervention in the Sweepstakes;
• Lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries or communications; or
• Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Publicity

Sponsor will not use the winner's name, likeness, statements, or other identifying information for advertising or promotional purposes without the winner's separate permission, except as required by law or as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

16. Winner and Threshold Information

To request confirmation of whether the Minimum Entry Threshold was met and, if applicable, the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence, send a written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period.

17. General Terms

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in an entrant's state of residence.

Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
